Spoiled Mamas Custom Sitz Bath blend uses the Organic herbs ; Shepherds Purse ; Yarrow ; Rosemary ; and Golden Seal for their healing and restorative capabilities. We have also added the soothing ; styptic and anti-bacterial Calendula ; Chickweed ; Marshmallow Root ; Plantain ; and Chamomile. When used in a warm bath ; this will help stimulate blood flow to help soothe and heal the perineal area after birth and help fight infection. In place of a bath and to keep swelling to a minimum ; place the filled muslin bag directly on perineum area either warm or frozen. *NOT FOR USE DURING PREGNANCY Includes reusable muslin bag. I LOVE these products!!! I found them online when I was preg. with my son. I used the Tummy Butter and sugar scrubs and am STRETCH MARK free!!! I did try the NIPSTICK with my second child and wish I would have used it with my first. Not only do they work but they are toxin free and my OB loves em!!! Havent tried the teas but I am sure they are great.
